We will transport mortal remains in compliance with Truck Transportation in Japan.
We handle and treat mortal remains in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and its related in Japan.
We help handle and even fulfill death related documentations in compliance with Family Registration Law, laws concerning cemetery burial and their related domestically, and internationally we do them under guidance and instructions from embassies or consulate-generals.
We repatriate mortal remains/cremated remains in compliance with customs related laws, quarantine related laws, airport related laws and aviation related laws both internationally and domestically.
Our company fully complies with the Intellectual Property Basic Act and its related.
If we witness acts infringing our intellectual properties, we request the owner of acts to take immediate corrective actions and report it to its related authorities.
We run our business in fair and equitable manners by respecting public order and public policy.
In case we witness crimes and violations including suspicious cases in the course of providing our services, we report them to the authorities accordingly.
We hereby declare as follows to prevent damages and losses by groups or individuals pursuing economic benefit through the use of violence, power, and fraudulent acts (so-called “anti-social forces”).
1. We are committed not to contacting or getting into relations with any anti-social forces.
2. We are in cooperation with the authorities and professionals, such as police and attorneys, to prevent any damages and losses by anti-social forces.
3. We are resolute and firm in not responding to unreasonable demands from anti-social forces at all.
4. We do not offer any profit to or get involved in any hidden transactions with anti-social forces.
5. We secure the safety of our executives and employees responding to unreasonable demands by anti-social forces.
