A Japanese tourist collided with an underway boat at a resort beach, Cebu, central Philippines on 25.
Philippine police reported that the tourist’s head was hit with a strong beat, and was killed at that time on 27.
According to the police, this Japanese visited Cebu with her friend, and was diving with Japanese instructor.
She collided with the boat when she tried to come up to above the sea level. The police is interviewing to a Pilipino who was operating the boat.
