A bus that 13 Japanese and a tour operator were getting in had a single vehicle crash near Simpang Renggam, Malaysia in afternoon on 11.
According to the tour company that hosted the tour, a Japanese man was killed and 12 people were injured by this accident, and two of them, a woman who is from Kanagawa and female tour operator were admitted into the hospital.
A Malaysian driver and a Japanese-speaking guide were slightly injured.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the bus was hired in the spot by the company, and it was on the way to Johor Bahru which is located at the southern tip of Malay Peninsula from Malacca.
The company says the ground zero is situated on the main road, about 250km southeast from Kuala Lumpur.
At that time, it was raining hard.
The driver braked suddenly to avoid the car in front.
The bus skidded, bumped into the guardrail, and tumbled into the creek under the road.
