Japanese man died in accident. Was a supporter of Cambodian orphanages? (Cambodia)

On the night of the December 10th in Battambang province, Northwestern Cambodia, a Japanese National member of the NGO while riding a motorcycle collided into another motorcycle and died.
Reports of this accident were filed by his acquaintances.
With a back round of Matsushita politics and economics in 1993 at 26 under the management of UNTAC he worked as an electoral monitor in the Cambodian general election.
In 1995 he took part in establishing the NGO and went to and from Cambodia ten times over a one year span to actively support orphanages in Cambodia.
He left Japan on December 7th and planned to return at the end of the month.
